I came in with only a broad idea of what I wanted for my now-fiancée. I booked one of their private appointments, where they closed the shop so we could have a one-on-one consultation. From the moment I met Olivia, I knew I was in good hands. She's an absolute jewelry geek—in the best possible way. Her knowledge, creativity, and genuine excitement for the design process made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel fun and collaborative.

After talking through my ideas, we landed on a design that wasn't available anywhere. That wasn't a problem because GOLDPOINT could custom make it from scratch. Olivia sketched the ring by hand during our appointment, and later that week she sent me a digital rendering. We established a clear timeline, made a few final design refinements, and then had a follow-up appointment to choose the stone.

The entire process was organized, transparent, and enjoyable. To top it all off, the ring was finished ahead of schedule.

The final result exceeded every expectation I had. I was able to propose with the exact ring I had imagined, and she said yes! Seeing her reaction made all the time and care that went into creating it completely worth it. She gets compliments on the ring almost every day, and people constantly ask where it's from.
