Wish I could give them 100 stars. From start to finish The Goldpoint Team blew us away.

We had a nightmare experience with our original jeweler who we purchased an engagement ring, wedding band, and diamond earrings from (this was not Goldpoint). Shockingly, all three pieces were falling apart <1 year after our wedding. We dealt with lost or loose diamonds in the wedding band, and bent hardware/prongs with both the earrings and engagement ring. The earrings were actually bent when we took them out of the box on our wedding day - they had never worn before.

This whole situation was really disappointing. We felt that the original jeweler was squeezing us financially for repairs due to "normal wear & tear". It became clear very quickly that our "free lifetime manufacturing warranty" was going to be an uphill battle, and while the diamonds were great quality, the jewelry pieces were not durable.

We made the decision rebuild an entirely new ring with the diamonds and hardware we had. My husband and I were referred by a friend to Olivia & Sue at Goldpoint. And WOW! They were both SOOO amazing, understanding, knowledgable, and all around wonderful to work with. The new ring is absolutely stunning and we are so grateful to have met them. We tell everyone we know if they're looking for high quality, well-crafted, beautiful pieces, then this is the place to check out in NYC.
